Many Agents feel they do not need to service their clients after enrollment. I have always given my clients year round customer service. I want them to always call me, and not the 800 number. I provide first class service to all, whether you are my client or just have a general question. Annual Notice of Change Meetings
Every October, I hold meetings to discuss the Annual Notice of Change documents they receive. I will always notify my clients if there are new options available.
